The Process
1. Site Visit

3. Design Development

We recommend involving a contractor at this stage to review pricing, timeline, and constructability.
4. Construction Documents
We prepare the technical drawings builders use to guide construction. These documents include floor plans, elevations, sections, and details that define your home’s unique features, such as trim, railing, and material placement. During this phase, our in-house engineer collaborates closely with the architect to address structural needs, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the design.
